正向教育(Positive Education)
Positive education is derived from the concept of positive psychology, allowing students to establish a positive outlook on life and values in the school environment and have a prosperous life.
Positive culture in Kei Tsun Primary School:
Through school-based class management, positive education elements are added, in order to establish a good “student to student” and “teacher to student” relationship, so that students and teachers feel that they are part of Kei Tsun Primary School.
Every student participates in designing the class badge, infiltrates positive education as an element and students vote to choose the badge that represents their class, in order to increase the sense of belonging towards the class.
Everyone has 24 character strengths, and everyone has their own outstanding character strengths. These strengths can be summarized in Six categories: "Benevolence", "Courage", "Wisdom", "Justice", "Spiritual Transcendence", and "Temperance".The posters in the classroom will show the most outstanding character strengths of each student.

Every day water filling: fill water for others
There is an invisible water bucket in everyone’s heart. When we add a positive emotion to others, it’s like adding water to the water bucket of others and also ourselves.
Every student designs a unique water bucket, for others to put their drops in it.
Students can write down how they appreciate others on the drops, developing a habit for students to appreciate others.
Grateful dairy
Positive psychology research points out that being grateful can effectively increase happiness and positive emotions. In order to improve the habit of "thankfulness" for students, thank you dairy is set up, hoping to cultivate the habit of paying attention to good things that happen to them.
EASY EASY Piece of Cake
Launched by "以勒基金" and "我熱愛生命行動" encourages students to record the good things they complete every day and share them in the Biblical education class.
School mini handbook – 全達通
Our school promotes positive education, considering the characteristics of students at all levels. Using "Moral and Civic Education Class" and "School-based Activities" as the main entry points we add elements of positive education to the curriculum, allowing students on building positive thinking. Students build positive emotions and enhance happiness through proper use of character strengths and increase happiness, which leads to a better life. A sense of happiness, towards a fulfilled life.
Teacher training:
All teachers attended professional training to understand the concept of "positive education" "PERMA+H", 24 character strengths. Learning how to apply, design and practice the idea and strategies of positive education.
Use and play, design and practice the methods and strategies of positive education.
The Philosophy of Positive Education explained by Mr Wong
St. Jacob Council Positive Education department is introducing the difference of fixed mindset and growth mindset.
Teachers also learn how to relieve stress at the same time.
School based activity:
Find the character strengths one by one!
In order to improve the understanding of the school and character strengths of j students, different character strengths are hidden around the school every week.Allowing students to search for them one by one!
During Recess, students can search for different character strengths around the school campus.
Students using the mini handbook 全達通 to help them find the answers and they can also check their scores!
