To enrich learning experiences and widen horizon, 21 upper primary students from our school participated in the Singapore English Study Tour from 25 to 28 March. One of the most unforgettable experiences was visiting Fernvale Primary School, where our students attended classes and interacted with their Singaporean peers. In the afternoon, they took part in a science workshop together, forming a precious friendship through meaningful exchange.
Students also visited the Night Safari, Sustainable Singapore Gallery, Chinatown, and Little India, deepening their understanding of Singapore’s sustainable development as well as its rich history and multicultural heritage.
Stepping beyond the classroom, students used English in authentic contexts and learned to communicate, collaborate, and develop independence. It was truly a rewarding and enriching experience for all!

Our school choir achieved an excellent result earlier on March 25 by winning a Silver Award with the song “Singing and Smiling” at the “Joint School Music Competition 2026 – Primary School Choir (Primary Challenge)”, organized by the Hong Kong Joint School Music Association. This achievement showcased the students’ relentless efforts throughout the semester.
On the day of the competition, many schools participated, but the choir members were not intimidated. Instead, the atmosphere ignited their passion, allowing them to perform with focus and dedication, singing every part of the song to their best ability and earning applause from the judges and fellow schools.
While competition results are important, what is even more commendable is how the members continuously worked to improve their shortcomings during rehearsal after rehearsal. This competition has proven their hard work and provided a valuable performance experience that helped them grow. After the performance, every member finally breathed a sigh of relief.

To broaden students’ artistic horizons and provide them with more opportunities to learn beyond the classroom, the school specially arranged for outstanding Visual Arts students to attend the interactive performance “Bringing Classical Chinese Texts to Life (Idioms and Stories Edition)” by the Class 7A Drama Group.
The production adapts traditional Chinese idiom stories into theatrical performances, with interactive games incorporated after each segment. This allows students not only to enjoy the stories presented through engaging and creative theatrical techniques, but also to learn classical Chinese texts together through interactive activities.
